Let me emphasize how important it is to clamp this up right. A jig should be made in advance that is true, and flat. Using something metal would be best especially if the door frame is finished and painted prohibiting tweeking the jams as needed if core warps in glue up---which it will if not clamped perfectly flat on both sides and legth and width.
